Flood and Water Ingress
From a radiator leak to Sewage contamination; from mould remediation to major River or Sea flooding our fully trained and experienced technicians ensure that buildings are decontaminated and correctly dried out, using the latest in drying technology including specialised equipment to dry “warm floors” and cavity walls. Correct drying techniques, promptly applied, are essential in minimising secondary damage and avoiding unnecessary stripping out ensuring that premises are restored to “pre loss” condition as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Fire & Smoke Restoration
BRS services include accurate cost projection and completion scheduling, stabilisation and decontamination to ensure a safe environment and prevent secondary damage, general cleaning, stripping out and de-odorisation.
All technicians are trained in the latest industry restoration techniques including application of soot sealing chemicals and paints ensuring the structure is left ready for reinstatement to begin. BRS can offer our clients a one stop shop service that will deal with contents as well as buildings claims. Contents can be listed, sorted, cleaned, restored, packed and stored. Non restorable goods can be listed and correctly disposed of.
